Assessment of endotoxin levels of water in hemodialysis centers in Iraq

چکیده
The significance of endotoxin-free, sterile dialysis fluid for long-term, high-quality hemodialysis treatment is obvious and highly desired[MF1] . current study aimed to determine endotoxin the water quality used in twenty centers. Eighty samples (40 x dialysates 40 water) were tested using LAL gel clot method. results revealed a variation produced that makes it unaccepted compared international standard (ANSI/AAMI/ISO-23500). Endotoxin levels higher than (0.25 EU/ml) 40% 30% dialysate water, recommended standards. conclude systematic monitoring services essential patient safety health problems.
